Traveler's Anonymous

My name is James and I have a problem. I'm a chronic traveler. I don't know what it is but nothing gives me more pleasure than to just pick a spot, even if I don't know anyone there and take off in search of adventure. Right now I'm at a spa in south Florida. Crazy thing is none of my friends roll like me. It doesn't bother me to just up and go somewhere. We're only going to live once. They are such lames.

Will you marry me?? lol...I kid!

I absolutely love to travel, but don't get to do it often since I don't especially like to travel by myself and most of my friends have funny money problems.

Whats the best place you've ever been to?

I think traveling sucks, but only because I hate to fly. The best place I've been, in answer to Diva's question to you, is HOME. The further I have been is Paris and England. I had fun, but I perfer home. I am a lame.

I wish I could travel, but I have to work and people are alway suspicios around here. I don't necessarily enjoy flying (motion sensitivity, and WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SMELL!)but I'll do it to go somewhere cool. I used to live in South Florida...it is so beautiful and warm...in January you walk out of a store bracing yourself for the cold, and then the heat kisses you on the face, and you're pleasently surprised...everytime. I haven't used my Passport but once, but I'm hoping to use it again in February to go to Buenos Aires.

Ciao'

@diva: I don't really know. I can enjoy myself most anywhere. Gotta love friends with challenging financial situations.

@one man: Maybe you haven't been with the right people or to the right spot for you. I'm bout to get me a passport so I can do that transatlantic thing myself.

@still:You don't have to tell me. You're one of us, huh?

@vertigo:Can I go? *making puppy dog eyes*

@jameil: I'm sayin'! What's wrong with seeing a little more of the world than what's on your street?

Jaybee, I had fun on my trips. I just like home better. Besides, the stress I feel regarding the flights are tragic. LOL. I's a punk when it comes to flying. I don't care.

@miz:It was my first time and completely spur of the moment. I might just make it an annual thing. Meet me in Weston next year around this time, unless you just really want an excuse to see me sans clothing and--nevermind. (There I go thinking out loud again) It really wasn't all that interesting, but at least I can cross it off my list of things to do before the inevitable.
